The company provides financial support for employees and their eligible family members affected by natural disasters or fire incidents as follows:

Required Documents / Giấy tờ yêu cầu
- Employees or their eligible family members are required to <HR@VSOL.IO> submit valid supporting documents such as a damage confirmation report issued by local police or the People’s Committee, or other equivalent proof.
Nhân viên hoặc thành viên gia đình cần cung cấp giấy tờ hợp lệ đến <HR@VSOL.IO> như biên bản xác nhận thiệt hại từ công an/ UBND địa phương, hoặc tài liệu chứng minh tương đương.
Effective Date / Thời điểm áp dụng
- Cases that incur damages on or after December 01, 2025.
Các trường hợp chịu thiệt hại từ ngày 01/12/2025 trở đi.
Payment Timeline / Thời gian chi trả
- Payments will be processed in the month following the month HR receives all required information and valid supporting documents.
Công ty sẽ thực hiện chi trả vào tháng liền kề sau tháng Phòng Nhân sự nhận đủ thông tin và giấy tờ hợp lệ.
Exceptional Cases / Trường hợp ngoại lệ
- In cases where the eligible circumstances or support amounts differ from those prescribed in this policy, prior approval from the BOD shall be required on a case-by-case basis.
Trường hợp các điều kiện đủ tiêu chuẩn hoặc mức hỗ trợ có sự khác biệt so với quy định tại chính sách này, phải có sự phê duyệt trước của Ban Giám đốc trên cơ sở từng trường hợp.

For the purpose of this benefit, “Eligible Family Members” include:
- Biological parents.
- Adoptive parents.
- Step-parents.
- Parents-in-law.
- Spouse
- Biological children.
- Adopted children.
- Stepchildren.
Cho mục đích của phúc lợi này, “Thành viên gia đình” bao gồm:
- Cha mẹ ruột.
- Cha mẹ nuôi.
- Cha mẹ kế.
- Cha mẹ vợ/chồng.

Natural disaster / Thiên tai
A natural disaster refers to a natural event that causes significant damage to property, housing, or adversely affects the living conditions of employees.
Natural disasters include, but are not limited to:
- Storms, floods, tidal surges, tropical depressions.
- Earthquakes, landslides.
- Droughts, tornadoes, hailstorms.
- Other natural phenomena causing damage as certified by competent government authorities.
Thiên tai là các sự kiện tự nhiên gây thiệt hại nghiêm trọng về tài sản, nhà cửa hoặc ảnh hưởng đến điều kiện sinh hoạt của nhân viên.
Bao gồm nhưng không giới hạn:
- Bão, lũ lụt, nước dâng, áp thấp nhiệt đới.
- Động đất, sạt lở đất.
- Hạn hán, lốc xoáy, mưa đá.
- Các hiện tượng thiên nhiên gây thiệt hại được cơ quan nhà nước xác nhận.
Fire incidents / Hỏa hoạn
A fire incident refers to any fire that results in damage to an employee’s property or residence and is certified by:
- The Fire Prevention and Fighting Police Department, or
- The local People’s Committee or competent local authorities where the fire occurred.
The fire may be of any severity level, as long as it causes actual damage and is officially verified by the relevant authorities.
Hỏa hoạn là các vụ cháy gây thiệt hại về tài sản hoặc nhà ở của nhân viên, được xác nhận bởi:
- Công an phòng cháy chữa cháy, hoặc
- UBND hoặc Chính quyền địa phương nơi xảy ra cháy.
Vụ cháy có thể thuộc bất kỳ cấp độ nào, miễn là gây thiệt hại thực tế và được cơ quan chức năng xác nhận.
